DESCRIPTION:An advanced course for delegates with prior surgical experience of routine free tissue harvest (as a minimum) with an ambition to develop complex free tissue transfer ability/techniques and associated skills.\nRun over four consecutive days\, this course utilises the highest quality cadaveric material with full body CT scanning to facilitate virtual custom planning of osseous reconstructive options for mandibulectomy and maxillectomy defects (fibula\, DCIA and scapula).\nDay 1 (Mon) is an immersive custom composite free flap planning session (with industry partners\; Stryker & 3D Systems).\nDays 2-4 (Tues-Thurs) provide full cadeveric dissection of comprehensive H&N free flap options.\n\n
