SUMMARY:BAHNO 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting

DESCRIPTION:\nIn light of the statement released by the four surgical Royal Colleges of the UK and Ireland on 13 March\, BAHNO Council has regretfully taken the decision to cancel this year's annual scientific meeting.  This decision is in accordance with the Royal Colleges' advice to cancel all non-essential travel for surgeons and trainees until the end of summer.  Our aim is to maximise availability to help health services throughout this critical period and minimise any risk of actively transmitting the virus to other groups of medical professionals.  We have decided not to reschedule the meeting later in the year as we feel this might impact on the success of the ASM in 2021.\n\nNext meeting will be at the RCP on Friday 14th May 2021.\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n
