Guidance now published

The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) is pleased to confirm that the above guidance has now been published online: Radiotherapy dose fractionation, Fourth edition | The Royal College of Radiologists (rcr.ac.uk).

Compiled by a team of highly experienced clinical oncologists, the fourth edition incorporates changes based on evidence published since the last update in 2019. It provides a concise summary of evidence based radiotherapy fractionation schedules for all anatomical sites, to ensure its continuing role as a key reference document for all practicing clinical oncologists.

The RCR is very grateful to Prof Peter Hoskin who has led the review of this guidance. We thank him for his immense contribution and all his hard work as the lead editor, and also to our chapter leads for their significant contributions in reviewing and updating this edition.
